Media Manager across five concurrent output channels, at sea.
The situation
Five concurrent channels: a daily newsletter, three posters a week, social media, the internal digital platforms, and in-suite television. Premium standards set and held across every print and digital format.
The approach
A production system that made the daily output routine rather than a daily decision. I also ran and maintained the onboard printing hardware, with no technical support available at sea.
